Where do my 360° photos live?+

Wherever you already keep them — your website, Cloudinary, ImageKit, Amazon S3, Bunny CDN, GitHub or Dropbox. You paste a direct link and 360 Snap turns it into a room. We never store your files, so there are no upload limits or storage fees.

What can I do for free?+

Build one tour with up to five rooms, using every tool and hotspot, and preview it privately. When you want to share it — or build more — start the Creator plan.

How does the pricing work?+

£5 a month covers up to five tours with as many rooms as you like. Each tour after that is £1 a month. Delete a tour and it stops counting.

What camera do I need?+

Any 360° camera (Insta360, Ricoh Theta, GoPro Max…) or phone app that exports a 2:1 equirectangular JPEG.

Can I put the tour on my own website?+

Yes. Every published tour has a share link, a QR code and an embed code you can paste into any website builder.

Can I cancel?+

Any time, from your billing page. No contract. Published tours go offline when the plan ends; your work stays in your studio.
